The protection of your personal data is an absolute priority for GABINOHOME S.L. In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we inform you that by completing our registration, contact, or reservation request forms and expressly and unequivocally accepting this policy, your data will be incorporated into our automated processing systems.
2. Obligatory Nature and Accuracy of Information
To receive the services of the web Portal, the User must fully complete the mandatory fields, guaranteeing that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
GABINOHOME processes your personal data for the following legitimate purposes:

Provision of the service and intermediation: To manage your registration under any current or future role (roommates, tenants, landlords, owners, property managers, agencies, coliving, ambassadors, partners, affiliates, investors, or AI agents), enable internal messaging, publish listings, and ensure the secure transmission of reservation requests.

Commercial purposes: To send you offers, promotions, and news from the Portal that may be of interest to you.

Statistics and Profiling: To conduct market surveys and optimize your user experience based on your search preferences.
4. Cookie Policy
Our server uses cookies to recognize you as a user and personalize your browsing experience. You can block or delete them by configuring your internet browser options.
5. Visibility, Transfers, and Communications of Data
For the correct execution of the service and security between parties, data processing is governed by the following criteria:

Visibility and Information Exchange: Your identification, contact, and profile data (name, email, telephone number, IP address, nationality, age, social networks, and other fields of the control panel) will, if necessary, be accessible on the web and public applications. Furthermore, if you publish a search listing, your data will be published to ensure the effectiveness of your search request. Your data will also be visible to users with whom you interact or maintain an ongoing reservation request. If you publish any type of listing on Gabinohome, your data will be published along with any reviews or feedback you have received or given.

Processing of Reviews and Feedback: When publishing on Gabinohome, both the opinions or ratings (reviews) you submit about other users or properties, and those you receive from third parties, will be published in the public environment of the Portal. In the event of requesting account deletion or erasure, the reviews given or received will not be deleted in order to maintain the integrity of the reputation system; instead, they will become completely anonymous, irreversibly disconnecting them from your real identity data.

Technical Flow of Email Alerts: Automated alerts sent to recipients will include a visible copy of your email both in the body of the message and configured in the technical reply cabecera (Reply-To), enabling direct external communication.

WhatsApp, SMS, and Telephony: When initiating external contact, your phone number will be transmitted to the recipient's application or device, leaving such communication under the sole responsibility of the interacting users once it leaves the web environment.

International Transfers: If you actively interact with users or properties located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the necessary data will be transferred to that country for the sole purpose of executing the requested reservation.

Processing of Audiovisual Content and Photographs: By uploading photographs to your profile, listings, or internal communications, the User is aware that any personal data visible in them (including their own physical image or that of third parties) will be processed by GABINOHOME for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and will be displayed in the corresponding public or private environments of the Portal. In the event of requesting account closure and erasure, all images associated with your listings and user profile will be permanently deleted from our active production servers.
6. Unregistered Users (Contact Form)
If you use the Contact Form without having an active account:

Data and Purpose: We record your name, email, phone number, IP address, and message for the exclusive purpose of maintaining direct support communication, resolving queries, and preventing abuse. They will not be used for advertising purposes.

Retention: They will be retained for a maximum period of 18 months from the last interaction (inactivity), being permanently deleted after that time. You retain your right to request immediate erasure at any time by emailing

7. Exercise of Rights and Retention Periods (Legal Blocking)
You can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure (Right to be Forgotten), Objection, Restriction, and Portability at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. Following account deletion, the following retention protocol applies:

Fraud Prevention: Data will be kept anonymized and restricted in the backend for 24 months for technical control and the fight against scams and fraudulent activity.

Judicial and Fiscal Requirements: Records related to invoicing, taxes, or prior contractual relationships will be kept in an encrypted legal blocking status for 6 years, available exclusively to competent Spanish public authorities, inspectors, judges, or courts.
8. Account Deletion and Erasure Procedure

Direct Method (Immediate): From your Dashboard, by clicking "Delete or Cancel your account". This deactivates the account and hides it from the public environment instantly. Anonymization within the databases is completed manually within 24 to 48 hours.

Manual Method (Support): Via the contact form or by emailing
[email protected]. This requires a 24-hour security confirmation before permanent erasure and must be requested by the legitimate owner from the email address registered to the account. If you have lost access to your email or other circumstances arise, please contact us to resolve it. -
Indexing and Third Parties: Account erasure does not instantly remove content indexed by Google or other search engines; you must wait for them to update their indexes and clear your browser's cache. Furthermore, previously sent emails remain in the private inboxes of the recipients, outside of Gabinohome's control.
9. Certificate of Erasure and Right to be Forgotten
The user may request a formal proof of deletion by writing to [email protected] at the time of cancellation or months later. If the request is made retrospectively (once the data has already been anonymized in the database), Gabinohome will verify the internal history and issue an Official Certification of Non-Existence of Active Data, formally confirming to the applicant that their account was successfully suppressed, that their real email no longer appears in production, and that the minimum remaining mandatory records are under encrypted legal blocking.
10. Third-Party Platforms and External SaaS Services (Stripe)
Gabinohome uses external SaaS tools such as Stripe, PayPal, and other SaaS providers for the correct functioning of the platform, payment management, and technical services. When processing an account deletion, the system notifies the linked platforms. However, the permanent erasure or retention within those environments depends exclusively on their own privacy policies. Financial institutions are bound by international anti-money laundering regulations to retain transactional records for mandatory legal periods, outside of Gabinohome's technical control.
