How to activate the reservation system?
1. Log in to your account.
2. In the control panel, find the "Receive Reservation Payments" button
3. Complete the Stripe form to connect your bank account and receive payments.
You're now ready to receive payments for your bookings. It's that easy!
Service fees
Our fees allow us to operate our platform and its services with a secure payment system for you and your tenants.
We charge a small service fee when your accommodation is booked and it's added to the rental price you decide.

1. Sign up and complete your profile
Are you a student or a digital nomad?
Complete your profile so your next roommate or landlord gets to know you. Remember to fill out all the details (nationality, age, gender, occupation) as they will only be shared with those you have requested a booking from or written a message to.
2. Find your ideal accommodation
Search and request reservations for the accommodations you like the most. Save your favorites and create alerts so you don't miss out on the place of your dreams.
3. Connect with landlords
Chat with roommates or landlords for free.
Ask all the questions you have, agree on the most important details and, if all goes well, one of our verified users will become your new landlord.
4. Book and enjoy
If your reservation is accepted, pay online securely and enjoy your trip.
What is the Gabinohome Service Fee?
Our fee covers the use of the payment system and the protection of your reservation. You can request a refund at any time. The money will be held until the day of your move and 48 hours later we will transfer it to the owner.
How is the amount I will pay to make the reservation calculated?
You pay the first month's rent plus the reservation fee. The following months you pay directly to the owner.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can do so at any time before 7 days of the check-in date. The month's rent is refunded, but the reservation fee is non-refundable.
What happens if the owner cancels my reservation?
We will help you find another accommodation under the same conditions and within a short period of time so that you can enjoy your trip. If you prefer, you can request a refund of the month's rent, but the reservation fee is non-refundable.
