You can use the kitchen, living room, terrace, etc. You have a big closet in your room. The flat is big and comfortable. The furniture and the decoration are modern. It has a big terrace where you can enjoy eating outside! It's located in a very good area, with buses and near the highway. It is near Escuela oficial de idiomas (EOI) in Arago Avenue. The location is very good. There are buses in the avenue and taxis. Old town is 15 min walking, airport at 8_15 min by car, and the beach 1,5 km. You are near the old town, near the beach and near the airport. The highway is 1 min far away from home. All the highways start in Palma so you can go every part of the island. The terrace is incredible. You can bring your bike. There are plenty space in the terrace. I speak English, german and Spanish. I´m very calm and sympathic. I´m flexible. I like to have my house ornganized and clean. Parties and pets are not allow. I´m very friendly and open mind. I´m single without kids. I have 35 years old. I work as administrative.
