The apartment is very centrally located in Munich's Au neighborhood. Glockenbach is wellknown for its trendy fashions boutiques, cosy delis, awesome restaurants and great night life. 8 minutes walk to Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz. At your feet are cafes, restaurants, dry cleaner, grocery store, hair dresser, the street-car (No. 17) and the subway (U1 an U2). You are in walking distance to the whole downtown area, 200m to the green stripe of the city beach of river Isar. The street-car No.17 right in front of the house brings you in 12 min to the Oktoberfest . Please send me any questions you might have - I am looking forward to welcoming you to my apartment! Anja And one last note: German apartments are typically not air-conditioned, and this is no exception. In summertime leave the windows open and you should sleep comfortably.
