Room for rent in Barcelona (€500/month)

Room to rent in new and modern appartment, in a very quiet area, and with few neigbours. Close to Badal station (line 5, blue), as well as numerous buses. The University area is very close, 5 minutes walking, as well as access locally to a large number of amenities, such as supermarkets, bars, cafes etc.
The appartment is spacious, and bright. The room that we rent is beautiful and big, with an en suite (shower, basin, toilet), and a doulbe bed. It also has a desk, big mirror, and built in double wardrobe.
The living room is very big and stylish, we have a modern kitchen with all the applications this implies, as well as a delightful balcony.
At the moment we are 2 girls and 1 boy from spain between 23 and 26 years old. We are clean, fun, organized, and pleasant. We are looking for a fourth person, prefably non - smoker, to join us. We are prohibited from having animals in the house.
The double en suite room is 500E per month plus bills (no more than 50e monthly including internet).
