A 10-minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the University of Malaga (Ejido). Only for Erasmus students or international, simple and affordable rooms. The price includes water, internet and electricity. On the floor only live students. It has 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. We have rooms on 3 apartments in the same building. Interior rooms, exterior rooms (balcony) and double room. No deposit will be charged but a booking of a single payment of 50 € is charged.

I lived in Malaga for 6 months during my exchange at the University. I lived in a shared flat with really great and nice room mates. The rent is good compared to other places, and the owner Inmaculada is really sweet and helpful. This beautiful old building is IN THE CITY CENTRE and really charming, close to the Cathedral. I passed a great time here! Just contact Christian he's really sweet and helpful :)
