We are looking for partner / or floor, we have a free room on our floor and we'd have to be with / or person and would prefer minimally ordered someone to work or study a master's or similar. Primarily a girl.
It is an outside room and bright, entitled to the entire house.
The house is on 3 levels, 150m2, with an external utility room and a terrace of 50m2. The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Horta, the stop is 2 min Vilapiscina home, and excellent communication
Floor with a calm and relaxed and above all CLEAN like to share the floor with a normal person, minimally clean and careful, let a person with common sense. 2 people live in 27 and 30 years both work.
The price is € 460 expenses included (water, gas, electricity, adsl, wifi and housekeeping) + 460 € deposit is returned q at the time of leaving the floor
