Room for rent in Alicante - Alacant (€320/month)

I have an apartment in Alicante that I rent by rooms. This room in particular is large, very sunny, bright, with double bed (1, 50 m) which can fit two people, large two-door wardrobe, desk, wifi internet, own lock and television socket. With all expenses included (Water, electricity and internet). It is exterior and the window looks out onto the pool. The apartment has four large rooms. One of the rooms is occupied permanently by a young couple, they are in charge of everything working well and that the common areas are always clean. The tenants that there are are quiet, cordial and affable and they welcome the new tenants very well. Their language is Spanish, but they also speak English. The apartment is in Alicante, but it is very well located to go to the University, since it is next to the bus stop 24 which in a sense takes you in 10 minutes to the University and in another direction takes you to the center in 15 minutes, its frequency is every 7 minutes. It is also next to the bus stop 08 that takes you directly to the beach in 15 minutes and its frequency is every 7 minutes. In the same door of the building for the bus 04 that takes you to the center. When you arrive it is advisable to take out the BUS voucher for 10 trips because this way you get very cheap each trip. The building is new, has an urbanization with swimming pool. In the vicinity you have all kinds of shops and supermarkets so you can buy everything you need.
