Hi Carlos, I wanted to know more about the rooms you rent.
- Are the expenses included in the monthly fee?
- Which of the rooms are available?
- Is the apartment already rented by someone else? Are the roommates females or males?
I'm an Italian student who's moving to Coimbra for Erasmus and I'm looking for a room nearby the ESEc or the city centre .

Acolhimento excelente para uma estudante erasmus para o próximo semestre em coimbra.Está equipado com todos os eletrodomésticos e tem aquecedor nos quartos. Simpatia dos outros 2 inquilinos também estrangeiros, dois doutorados indianos. Uma localização priveligiada para o polo2, polo1 e polo3. A menina vem na próxima semana e vai de certeza adorar o apartamento que escolhemos paar ela.
