Very quiet, right across from the University of Valencia ( Burjassot campus ), with a supermarket next door , cafeterias and all services nearby neighborhood. The neighbors are very quiet and respectful and generally living in this neighborhood students or families with children.

Responsible , hardworking, friendly , clean, tidy and very respectful .I do not spend too much time at home and I do not mind have visits .

Responsible and clean girl , preferably student. English prerequisite to know if you know some Spanish or want to learn it, better. Minimum stay 6 months.
