hello! i am looking for a flatmate from february 1st. we would be two, sharing a 110m square flat in calle xuclá, in the finest area of the raval, close to bar lobo and the organic/hip area. there is an elevator, independent heating, internet. the flat has 2 big bedrooms, a big bathroom with two areas, a kitchen, a storage closet, dining room, sitting room, entrance + balcony and terrace with a majestic view of the city! more than this it is impossible! i am looking for a tidy non smoking person. i am a 26 year old master student and a great flatmate!
