3 rooms to rent in a 4 bedroomed recently refurbished flat which lies right in the centre of Granada. The flat is within walking distance of all the main University faculties, supermarkets, bars and clubs (you can verifiy this from the address!). The three rooms available are priced at 200€ (room 1), 240€ (room 3 with balcony) and 260€ (room 2 with balcony), per month. Apart from the bedrooms, there are two bathrooms (one with a shower and one without), a kitchen and a living room with two balconies. The flat is fully furnished and the price includes community charges and central heating. All the bills such as electricity, water, gas and internet are not included. The deposit is one month rent and it will be returned at the end of the contract and ONLY once all the bills have been paid.
