Double room for rent in a really COSY flat, right next to the Sagrada Familia cathedral!
I am a 27 years old spanish girl, and I’m looping for a flatmate for my lovely flat in the centre of the city. I am an open minded and respectful person, and I like to have a nice relationship with the people I live with. I’m a really good cook ;). I’ve been living in London for three years, and I used to study far from home, so I’m used to share my life and my flat with others, I always had a nice relationship with my flatmates!
The flat is situated just ten minutes (literally) walking distance from the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. Its close to the tube station (lines 5 and 2) and is plenty of day and night buses just in front of the door.
The room is plenty of natural light as it’s got a Windows, there’s a double bed, a wardrove and plenty of shelves to put everything you have.. The flat also has a spare room, with a sofa bed and loooots of shelves and space enought to put anything you need!
The kitchen is brand new! It was refurbished four months ago, and there is everything you need to cook!
The flat is really light and airy, and its a god place to live in, big enough and close to everywhere! It is a fourth floor with elevator.
The rent is 400€ plus bills (50- 60€ monthly). Ah! There is a fast Internet connection!
