The flat is 2 minutes away from the "Intercambiador de Moncloa" and 2 minutes away from the metro station Arguelles (c romero robledo nº1), very near the campus of Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
The flat has two rooms (each one with his bathroom), the room I rent has 10 m2 and the bathroom another 5 m2, the room has a wardrobe, 2 beds, a table and a bookshelf. The room has it’s private bathroom.
The flat has been recently renewed (new windows, a new kitchen with everything new,. . ...). The house has another room with a bathroom which will be shared with a 26 years old working person.
The price is 450 euros/month and the cost of electricity, water, community and the internet is approximately 75 euros.
I'm looking for a man/woman that comes to Madrid for and Erasmus or other similar programs.
