2 rooms for rent in Triana(Seville), one available the first of february and another one available the first of march. Twice room are equipment with tv and cooler/heater machine. broadband internet in whole house. Very spacious kitchen with everything for cooking.
You have pay only electricity and gas bills. Comunity, internet and water bills pay the landlord. the bills are about 10/15€ per months and person.
The house is on Pages del Corro street very close to Plaza de Cuba, you will be on centre in about 5min walking. Perfect bus connection(just under the house), tube, supermarkets, pubs(Betis street in 1min walking), restaurants,...
In the flat living now one girl(spanish) and two guys(spanish and german), arround 25 years old, nice environment but independent, normally everyone makes the life in your room, everyone quite nite and clean.
