All the rooms have a bed, a desk, a chair and wardrobe! Rooms are either with a single or doble bed with new bedclothes an towel. In every room as in as in the whole house there is heating!
The house is by Montjuic in Poble Sec. In our same street we have supermarkets (Dia, Condis), shops, banks, everything you would need it!
Metro stop Parallel is only 2 minutes away, as Sala Apolo, El Molino and restaurant and bars area in Poble Sec and Raval.
By foot you can get to Las Ramblas in 8, 10 minutes. From home, Barceloneta is only 20 minutes by walking. Everything is so close because the house is well located in the Center of Barcelona.

Rooms cost from 360€ to 460€ for 1 person with internet included and bills to be paid separeted. If 2 people would like to share a double room the price would be 550€ for both.

If everyone would like, we can arrange, cleaning service for the common areas weekly and bills included to be negociated.
