Casa do Capitão is an old family beach house located in Zambujeira do Mar on the heart of the Natural Park of Costa Vicentina in Portugal. With beautiful surroundings filled of peace and tranquility, it’s spectacular location offers astonishing views over the Atlantic Ocean and coast lines,. The sound of waves breaking into shore, the seagulls, the perfume of wild flowers and ocean breeze, the silhouette of the clifs and the breathtaking sunset are only a few of the natural elements that play a part on every day’s life at Casa do Capitão. It’s less than 500 meters (5 minute walk) from a lovely beach - Praia de Nossa Senhora. This house is the perfect spot for unforgetable vacation on Costa Vicentina, the best kept piece of Portugal’s coastline.
The house has two fronts (south and north) and about 100 m2: 1 living room with satellite tv, 4 rooms (2 double beds on the top floor + 3 single beds on the ground floor), 1 wc with shower, 1 kitchen with fridge, gas oven, micro-wave oven, washing machine and all kitchen tools. Includes sheets and towels. Hosts a maximum of 7 adults.
Outside there’s a ground terrace with 30 m2, barbecue, shower and 700 m2 of private land looking over the sea. Has a private parking lot for 2 cars.
Price per week: 700 € (7 nights for a max. of 7 adults)
Payment terms: 50% of total cost in advance (to insure the booking confirmation) + 50% of total cost upon arrival + 100 € of refundable guarantee.
Cancelation terms: cancelation is free from charge untill 30 days before check-in.
