The light and comfortable interior has been achieved through the use of simple and stylish decoration and furnishings combined with modern fixtures and fittings. Leading directly from the house there is a large outdoor terrace with wooden table, parasol and chairs, an ideal spot for "al fresco" dining. There are also numerous sun loungers to position around the landscaped garden which is bordered by orange groves, clementine and palm trees. The large swimming pool is situated directly in front of the house and terrace, in the centre of an established lawn, formerly an orchard.
