Its restoration was completed in 2003 preserving much of its original architectural features. Leading directly from the house there is a large outdoor terrace with wooden table, parasol and chairs, an ideal spot for "al fresco" dining. There are also numerous sun loungers to position around the landscaped garden which is bordered by orange groves, clementine and palm trees. The large swimming pool is situated directly in front of the house and terrace, in the centre of an established lawn, formerly an orchard. This tranquil location assures peace and privacy in an authentic Mallorcan location. Seemingly remote, the lively village of Soller is only a short drive away.
