Rural development "Montes Communal" Adamuz, are in the Sierra Morena Cordobesa an hour from the capital. Seven cottages are full rental houses with a capacity of 2-14 people. All of them are fully furnished and equipped, divided into separate bedrooms with bedding, bathrooms equipped with towels, kitchen utensils, living room, fireplace with free firewood and porch furniture. They also have microwaves, refrigerators, ceramic, barbecue, hot water and air conditioning in the main rooms. The common grounds rural complex is fully fenced and has two pools, one for children and one for adults; a lounge with 80 seats, a picnic, gardens, and a network of trails marked by the nearest to the complex natural environment. The seven houses are distributed as follows: - within the walled enclosure are the townhouses: o Jaguarzo (4 places: 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom Possibility of 1 extra bed child..) Or Gall (9 places: 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom attic. Possibility of 1 sofa bed.) The Communal Montes estate is in a unique location in the heart of Sierra Morena. The combination of Mediterranean pine forest and mountains and valleys with abundant water courses and the quality of its natural resources, makes it a unique place in its landscape diversity and natural beauty. Communal Montes is an excellent wildlife preserve both animal and vegetable, among the fauna hunting species: deer, boar, wood pigeon and partridge; and protected species: lynx, genet, badger and imperial eagle. It is a natural place to enjoy the tranquility of observing wildlife or perform various adventure activities like hiking, biking, mycology, bird watching or play sessions organized throughout the year. How to get? - From Córdoba: the A-4 is taken. direction Madrid, Exit 337, Villafranca de Córdoba-Adamuz is caught. At the entrance to Villafranca, once at the roundabout, the first exit on the A-421, which connects with Villanueva de Cordoba Villafranca is rotated. Arriving in Adamuz, the people have to cross in towards Villanueva de Córdoba, down the street or Avenida de Andalucia Pedroche. At km 32 of the A-421 is the rural complex. - From Madrid the A-4 Madrid-Cádiz is taken, the turn-off at exit 364 towards Algallarín, along the A-3000 to Adamuz. Upon arrival, continue straight until the first intersection, pick the right avenue of Andalusia, to leave the village, towards Villanueva de Córdoba.
