Description

very nice flat (1 *very* large double bedrroom, and 1 smaller one) to rent during Xmas holidays, in the centre of Barcelona, for a few days or more! It is free from the 15th of December till the 6 of January.
The flat is located very close to La Rambla and Placa Catalunya on one side, and the Museum of Modern Art (MACBA) and Placa Universitad on the other side.
It's a 3rd floor flat, they are currently building the elevator, and it should be finished by the time the flat would be rented.
As said before, it’s a bright and spacious 2BR flat, with a balcony and a huge common roof terrace.
There is:
- a big hall,
- living-room,
- fully equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, mixer, coffie machine, washing machine, toaster etc. ),
- bathroom (big) with bath
- separated toilet
- the first room (double, but it's our baby's room, so we are thinking of renting the flat without the use of it, except if people interested have a baby....)
- the second room (double, very large and very luminous, with balcony on the pedestrian street (Carrer dels Tallers)
- a large corridor/hallway between both rooms

The flat is suitable for up to 4 people, there is a futon (like a sofa bed) in the living room, and possibly the use of the first double room.
The price depends on the number of nights interested people would like to stay, and is negotiable.
