About the house – On the first floor of the house are the kitchen, terrace, powder room and living room. The terrace leads to the community pool and gardens in the back of the home. On the second floor of the house are the master bedroom, master bath and two smaller bedrooms that share a bathroom. On the third floor is the large loft bedroom with two skylights. This loft bedroom can be reached by a spiral staircase from the second floor hallway. Anyone in the loft would also have to use the second floor bathroom.
Each bedroom has a closet (except the loft bedroom which has two cloth hanging storage units – only one is being used at the moment), desk, chair, fan, air-conditioning unit and heating unit. The beds are either single or full/queen sized platform beds depending on the room’s size.

The home also has a washer and dryer for laundry.

About the Utilities and other Fees – The water and electricity are NOT included in the monthly rent. The costs of these utilities depend upon usage and as a result change from month to month.
We have already included the 50 euro community fee in the rent.

Other – Markets. There are several markets nearby the house. The El Tiro mall and Hipercor are the closest to the home. It is a short 5 minute walk. Los Rectores area, the residential community, also has a small shopping area where you can buy necessities like bread and milk on short notice. It also has a small bar, bank and pharmacy.

Entertainment – AquaNatura and TerraNatura are also very near by, so near that sometimes you can hear the lions if you sit on the front step. The TranVia trolly which takes you to the city centre as well as the Espinardo campus is about 100 metres from the home.
