I offer several room in a spacious apartment, clean, very well located, with wifi in every room and shared use of a computer in the reception. You get the keys to go in and out to your liking. Each room has its own key. The bathrooms are modern and are shared with other occupants of the flat. Somebody is available for emergencies in the flat every night.

Each room is different but in all of them you will find a spacious double bed, a bedside table, a lamp, a wardrobe and of course internet connection (wifi). The price also includes linen and towels. Consider the advantages of staying in a typical 1900's building in the heart of Eixample, near the Sagrada Familia, with a lift and all the amenities of a typical district of central Barcelona. Excellent location, just 3 minutes from the Sagrada Familia and underground stations Verdaguer (L4 and L5) and Sagrada Familia (L5).

What is the area like? Our neighborhood is particularly central. You can walk to many major attractions in less than 15 minutes. You will be staying in a lively area with cafes, shops and the lifestyle of a typical neighbourhood in Barcelona.

Its a busy area, with plenty of people and activity. It is also a good base for exploring Barcelona's most famous tourist spots. If you come for business, Diagonal Avenue is a very well known location and it will be easy for you to find your way around. You have easy access to the underground and, as you already know, each of our rooms features wi-fi internet connection. In addition, the business is also very close.
