Description

The house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a large entrance area, a large living room, a roof terrace, and a beautiful garden around it. There are two other small rooms and an outside hut that belong to the house: a laundry house (with a washing machine and a storage room), an open hut with seatings and a refrigerator, and a separate 4th bedroom.

The house and the rooms are fully furnished.

The rooms are each furnished with a bed, a large wardrobe, a bedside table, a desk, a chair, and a lamp.

The house has many windows and is therefore very open and friendly. There is a small vegetable garden, an avocado tree, a huge palm tree, and a few fruit plants and lots of flowers.

There are two (almost the same size) rooms available , approx. 11 m2, each with a large window.

The main tenant is Lucy, she is 24 years old, comes from Venezuela, and speaks Spanish and English. She has a super lovely dog ​​named Atenea and two cats. Lucy works full time and is therefore mostly away from home during the day. But she always looks forward to a nice chat or a movie night with her roommates in the evening. Lucy is a super friendly and personable person, she loves her garden and plants her own vegetables. She likes to paint and is super open and kind
