Hi How are you? on the floor we are two young, Antonio (28 years) and Ana (26 years), recent graduates in Environmental Sciences and starting our careers. The apartment is renovated and features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace. The room is fully furnished, spacious and bright. The flat is very well connected to public transport - 20 min. to the center by bus (3 minutes from # 31, 5 minutes from 33,39,36,65) - 15 min. to C.Comercial Principe Pio, 20 min. Moncloa (the house is 5 minutes from Metro Line 6, gray, or Lucero Alto de Extremadura). - 25 min. Atocha (The house is 10 minutes from Laguna Renfe station) is close to green areas for walking or sport, The House, Park Carpetana Green Wedge, and the Madrid-Rio. Is available from February 16, 2014 included (As come a day when half of the month no problem, the ratio is, ie, if for example you enter the 20th, would pay a proportionate share to 10 days in respect of the first month, along with finaza).
