Description

Hey! We are two boys (24 and 29) looking for a third flatmate . Both are young workers.
The flat is in a good condition, with a large and light living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms (one will be available from 1st May and another one is used as host room) It’s on the 1st floor. Pretty quiet. The available room (medium-large size) includes a bed, a built-in wardrobe, a desk and a chair.
The payment of the rent is monthly, 300 € per month, and it does not include bills such as water consumption, power and wi-fi connection (overall around 30 € per month). It does include heating.
It is close to Valdeacederas (L1) and Ventilla (L8) metro stations (<5-minute walk) and Plaza Castilla, where dozens of bus depart daily.
Supermarkets like Mercadona, Dia or Lidl are near too, as well as Bravo Murillo, which has a wide variety of shops.
We are looking for a responsible, respectful person, preferably our age, who knows how to live with others, in order to keep a good ambience. Don’t hesitate to contact and stop by if you are interested.
