Double room with private bathroom in a newly renovated apartment. The apartment also has another large bathroom, a spacious living room, kitchen fully equipped with all the modern technology and a terrace of 80 square meters with barbecue and fridge. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels, sheets, toiletries and hairdryer. No cleaning fees! Travel cot on request. The price in the double room for one person is 25 € / day in low season and 30 € / day in summer and bonfires. Additional people 10 € / day in low season and 12 in high season. The price in the smaller room for one person 21 to 24 € / day. Additional Persons 8 € / day in low season and 10 in high season. Discounted rates for long stay. Consult. We are in a quiet area, surrounded by bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and many different stores. You can walk from the house to different parts of the city such as the Rico Perez Stadium, areas for skating, running and exercising, all available for free. A few minutes walk you can reach the Auditorium, Plaza de Toros, La Rambla, The Esplanade and Castle of Santa Barbara. Although we are a 20 minute walk from the city center and 25 minutes from the beach of El Postiguet, there are good combinations of buses to these places with stops near our house. You can make calls to landlines and any phone in the U.S. and Canada (Ask about it). We are flexible with arrival and departure times. If you want a shuttle to the airport so we offer you 20 euros.
