We are 2 girls ad a guy living now, Spanish and 27-28 years old,young proffesionals... but we welcome flatmates from abroad as well.
The house is fully furnished; 5th floor so it is lightfull and quiet.
There is one of the most popular area in Madrid because of its social life, its plenty of bars, supermarkets...and just 10 minutes walking to Callao, the most centric place in Madrid.
We are looking for a flatmate, up to 25 and proffesional if possible. All nations are welcomed.
Subway stations San Bernardo, Noviciado and Plaza de España. 1 minute walking all
The rnt is 375€ per month, expenses not included (electricity,water, heating and internet...) but there wont be more than 30€ each.
One month deposit and a fee of 200€ required.
Minimun stay 3 months.
It is available from the 30th of June.
