You can choose the temperature at home, because there is central heating. it accomodates up to 10 people 10 minutes walking distance to the famous Gran Via Avenue, and in 5 minutes walking you will be at the Puerta del Sol. In ten minutes walk you will reach the Plaza Mayor and Plaza de Santa Ana, and a walking distance of 15 minutes you will be at the Thyssen and Prado Museums. So, you are in the heart of Madrid, in the middle of all the main tourist and cultural attractions, and at the same time you will be in a quiet street with no noise nor traffic. Round the corner is the "Mercado de Abastos" where you can buy all you need to experiment with the Spanish cuisine.The "Filmoteca" it´s also walking distance.The area is full of fashionable shops, terraces and design restaurants together with the traditional Spanish bars for the “tapas” and “cañas”. You will be able to live the real transformation going on in Madrid at the moment.

Location: Calle del Olmo Street District: Anton Martin The apartment is among metro stations: TIRSO DE MOLINA andANTON MARTIN (line 1 ), LAVAPIES (line 3), Chueca (line 5). The apartment is very well linked with all the public transports. You can use the “metro” or the bus, if you wish, but you will probably walk to all the main tourist and cultural attractions to enjoy the multicultural atmosphere of the centre of Madrid. ATOCHA train station is only 2 tube stops from ANTON MARTIN, you could even walk from the Station. By car: from the Madrid Barajas Airport, you must go straight to Madrid Centro- Avda de America until the Paseo de la Castellana. Then you must turn on the left hand side until the Plaza de Atocha where you must turn on the right hand side until the Glorieta de Atocha. There you must take the Atocha Street until Anton Martin where you should park anywhere.(or find a parking, there are plenty in the area, and cost abour 18 euros a day) By taxi from the airport you will pay about 20 to 25 euros and the journey will take about 20-30 minutes. If coming by tube from the airport, ask for a map at the entrance. You should go to "Nuevos Ministerios" From Nuevos Ministerios take line 10(Dark Blue) to Tribunal.
