This modern villa is the ideal base for a wonderful holiday in Ibiza. On a quiet location, yet close to the beaches, shops and city life of St. Eulalia, the villa is very attractive. The villa was built in 2007 by a German architect; in 2014, large parts of the interior and exterior fittings were renewed. Therefore, as to regarding quality and equipment, this property can easily withstand the comparison to more expensive properties. The wonderful villa consists of a spacious, air-conditioned living and dining area with several electric gadgets, a complete open-plan kitchen, and a modern bar, where you can mix drinks with fruits from the private garden. Depending on the season, there are medlars, apricots, pomegranates, avocadoes, lemons, citrons, or oranges. An approximately 130-m² pool terrace is inviting for breakfast in the sun at morning, as well as a barbecue (Weber) by the 14-m² illuminated pool.
