Apartment (75 square meters in total): we share the rest of the flat that have a spacious and furnished kitchen with gas stove, electric owen, toaster and each kind of stuff that can be used used for the cooking. In the kitchen there is also a small balcon. The bathroom is also very spacious. In the apartment there is also the washmachine and space for to dry clothes. In the apartment is also available DSL connection in LAN and WiFi mode 24h (each room have a cable for the internet cable LAN connection). Condominium fees are included in the rent.

Area: The apartment is located in "Le Cure" area; this area offer at walking distance (3 mins walking from the apartment) each kind of shop (supermarket, pharmacy, backery, newspapers, book-shop, computer assistance shop, electronics, clothes and a daily open market in Piazza delle Cure with fresh vegetables and fruits) and also a green park; the area is served by bus number 1a and 1b (bus stop at 20 meters from the main-door of the apartment) and number 7 bus stop in Via dei Mille (walking distance from the apartment). Bus number 1a and 1b drives you in 10 minutes directly to the city centre and in 14 minutes in Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station without bus changes.
