Living in the city center (Largo da Vitória / Barra), submerged in nature, in a peaceful, small low-income neighborhood, @Vila Brandão. Enjoy amazing sunsets and direct sea access with a community pier.
Our house is simple - but amazing, located in front of the sea. We have a fully furnished central loft with american kitchen, a small veranda and a huge terrace to share.
The insuite room for rent has an extra entrance and a small garden (to share with turtles). It is completely furnished, perfect for a home office uproad!
We expect you to partecipate in the maintenance of the house (keep it clean!) and to take care of our cats and plants. Have in mind that you live in nature - with open spaces, birds and monkeys passing by.
Our neighborhood is very simple, partly bohemian, mostly working class… not dangerous at all.
We don't allow partys or loud music - RESPECT is our compromise
Cultural facilities, theaters, museums, music-halls and shopping possibilities just up the hill.
Our community has great little restaurants and bars, we recommend Cantinho de Jo.
