Hi there,
I am renting a room at my place, located at the Ingleses Beach. It is about 4 km away from the beach.
The house has 3 sleeping rooms, the two up-stair are free for students or business people.
All common places can be used, of course always respecting each other. There is a terrace on the backyard, where one my smoke.
My brother is the only going there, to stay a few days and take care, and clean the garden, and see if things are working properly. Smoke is not allowed inside the room or the house. Cooking gas is not included at the bill, only internet, electricity, and water.
