Hi, we are looking for a homemate; preferably considerate, easy-going, anti-homophobic, anti-racist, anti-sexist indivudual.

The flat is located on the third floor (there is an elevator) of a building on a both safe and central street where you can access to subway, bus stops, supermarkets, groceries, drugstores, restaurants, cafes and the sea (about 5 mins to all by walk). You can use subway to go to Konak (10 mins.) and Ege University (20 mins.) and Yasar University (15 mins). Also it's just 15 mins. away from Alsancak and 15 mins away from Izmir University of Economics and Dokuz Eylül University by bus. And it is 10 mins away from Goethe Institute by walk.

The flat has three rooms, a saloon, two balconies, kitchen, two toilets and a bathroom. Both balconies and all the windows have seaview. You'll be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, saloon and balconies with two other tenants (including me). The apartment is equipped with fridge, oven, washer, vacuum, etc. available for shared use.

It's a clean, comfortable, sunlit flat. In your room, you will have a bed, cupboard, desk, chair, carpet and curtains. The price is 200 Euros for long term, 220 Euros for short term including all utilities (internet, electricity, water, heating etc.)

As for us, we are two female hommies living together. I am a master student at Ege University and my hommy is an undergraduate student. Also we can speak English fluently.
