2 private rooms in a nice flat, which is really close to metro (3 mins' walk - Osmanbey Station) and bus (3 mins' walk). In addition to that, it is close to Taksim Square (12-15 mins' walk).

Boğaziçi University (20-25 mins by metro)

The flat is located 2nd floor of the apartment and it has 3 bedrooms with 1 shared sitting room (3+1).
One of the best aspect of that flat is that, it is really close to metro stations and bus stops.
If you are new in Istanbul, my flat is very close to Osmanbey Metro Station exit near Ramada Hotel which is one metro station way from Taksim Metro Station. It is also easy to access to most of the central districts of Istanbul (Taksim, Şişli, Mecidiyeköy, Maslak, Beşiktaş, Etiler) from the flat.
Shopping malls and markets are also really close and reachable almost in every hour of the day.

Being understanding, tolerant, well-disciplined and friendly are vital for being nice flatmate :) Cleanliness and hygiene are another important factors that I concern. Unfortunately, mountains of dishes in sink are not allowed. Everyone will be responsible for their own private room but when it comes to shared areas like kitchen, bathroom and sitting room; these areas should be cleaned and kept cleaned all the time. Being friends is much better while living together than being only flatmates, in my opinion. If a friendly and healthy communication between us is established, there should not be any problem :)
