Hello everyone, My name is Mehmet Fatih from Istanbul. I work as an education counselor in Kadikoy. I used to study in Sydney for couple of years before.
The flat is in Üsküdar, takes 5 mins to seaside by walking.
Also, very close(5 mins by walking) to the groceries, shopping centers, coffee shops, bazaar and bus stops.
Easy and fast access to:
Ferry station (Eminönü, Beşiktaş, Kabataş, Karaköy)
Marmaray and transfer to subway of Europe side -to Taksim, Levent, İstanbul Technical University, Atatürk Airport- with buses, dolmuş or walking. Walking is another option to Ferry and Marmaray - takes ~20 minutes.
Kadiköy, center of the night life of Anatolian side, by buses, dolmuş in 10 minutes.
Going back to home from Taksim and Kadıköy to home is really quite fast. You could find dolmuş Taksim till morning, from Kadiköy till 2 pm.
When you want to find a peaceful area and run away from the city noise. Kuzguncuk and Fethi Paşa Grove is the best choice. These are one of the calmest, quiet and historical area of Üsküdar. Just rest and watch the beauty of boshporus or make a walking in the grove. Takes ~10 minutes by walking.
