Description

-Hi, we are a couple and loooking for flatmates. We have two available rooms one big and one small. I (Hale) study History at Boğaziçi Üni and Burak is working as a ton maister. We are really easy going people. And we have 2 cats; Çıtır and Kediş. (really calm and quite cats ). -Flat has 3 rooms and a large common area.
-It is in second floor and very shinny. House is about 110m2 (1184.0ft)
-Small Room has one single bed, one open wardrobe. There is no table but if you prefer we can put one. And also some other furnitures. (Bookshelf etc.)
-Big room has one single bed, table, wardrobe, two single couches, and a coffee table.
-flat is in the centre of Kadikoy (three mins to boga/bull statue). It is 5mins to Metrobus and
10mins to ferries by walking and near to bus stations so you can pass to European side easily. If you
are a exchange student, transportation is really easy to the most Universities. Also it is really close to
the bar streets and the sea side.
-If you have cat or dog, we should ask to Çıtır and Kediş first. :)
-All kitchen tools are available. (microwave oven-coffee machine--toast machine-refrigerator-kettle--oven-dish machine..etc..)
-There is a Full HD Tv, PS3 and DVD player
-There is also washing machine, hair dryer etc...
-There is 7/24 hot water and 24 Mbps unlimited internet connection.
-All bills are included. Rent for small room is 250 Euros per month and for big room is 330 Euros.
-We are smokers,
-No strict rules or sth but we care about cleaning.
-We are looking for someone respectful, who knows to live in a shared-flat.
