The flat is located in Cihangir, Beyoglu, also known as heart of Istanbul with 5 minutes walk distance to Taksim and Kabatas.. All transportation lines are 5 minutes away from the flat. City's 24/7 live area..
I have 4 rooms in my flat.The smallest room is with single-bed and have building intersection view and rent is 250Euro/mothly all bills included. Next room has bosphorus view with double bed and fire place: The monthly rent for this room is 350 Euro/monthly all bills included. The next room with 2 single beds (but it can be used as double bed as well), it has street view, and it's the biggest room in the flat, the rent for this room is 380 Euro/mothly. The last room with a beautiful bosphorus view and with nice double bed: 400Euro/mothly. You can either stay for 2 days or for 1 week or longer. Just ask me about the availability. 2 rooms has bosphorus view, one of them has street view, the other one intersect view. It is very quiet and Friendly environment. you can cook or do laundry. There's free wi-fi and internet in the flat. All the utilities are included with price. you are welcome to stay!:) I am sure you will like your stay and want to come back again:) It happens all the time.
