I am looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy and he/she should not make noices.

The neighbourhood is safe and verdant. The flat has a livingroom. Livingroom, bathroom and kitchen are shared. All necessary furnitures like fridge, washing machine are available and wireless internet and 24 hours hot water are available also. The room for rent has necessary furnitures like single bad, desk, chair and wardrobe.

The flat is in downtown and in a very central location. It is is very close to Tunalý Street (5 minutes by foot) and 1 minute to Guvenlik Street.
It is 25 minutes to Kizilay (city center) by foot.
Going to Kizilay takes 15 minutes by bus.
It is also close to bus stations: METU dolmus station 8 minutes and bus stations 2 minutes by foot.

It is also very close to many Embassies like US, Swiss, Swedish, Greece and French Embassies.
