My flat is 300 m2 duplex and consists of 5 rooms , 2 living rooms , one shared bathroom, 2 private bathrooms, 1 kitchen and one terrace. I'm giving one of my smaller room which is 15 m2 and contains a single bed, a wardrobe, a library and a working desk. It's a really pretty and cosy room. If you prefer quite and peaceful places , this is the best place for you.
The kitchen and bathroom has everything you need.
The flat looks to a famous big park in the front and is 10 min to walk to Kadikoy center, 15 min to fairy, 15 min to metro bus.
I have to say I have 2 cats for allergic people.
And prefer FEMALE only.
I'm living with 2 girls but one will leave so if you come we'll be 3 again, no more..
I prefer at least 6 months-stay person but I would like to have interviews with the short-terms too.
Price per one month is 385euros and also deposit.
Bills are included except for gas bill and cleaning.
