I am looking for a flatmate for a temporary period, preferably female but it can be male also. The flatmate should be quiet and peaceful .
The flat is sunny and has a great view. The neighbourhood is safe and verdant. The flat has a big livingroom. Livingroom, bathroom and kitchen is shared. All necessary furnitures like fridge, washing machine, wireless internet and 24 hours hot water are available. The room for rent has necessary furnitures like single bad, desk, chair and wardrobe.
It is very close to Cinnah (2 minutes) and Hosdere (5 minutes) streets. It is also close to bus stations.
7 minutes by walking to METU dolmuşs stations.
Nearly 15 minutes by foot to Kugulu Park and Tunali Hilmi Street.
20 minutes by foot to Bilkent University Bus Station at Tunus Street.
15 minutes to Kizilay via bus or dolmuş

It is also very close to many Embassies like Canadian, Norwegian, Swiss, Swedish, Indian and British Embassies.
The Rent is 600 TL (all bills included).
The room will be available from 1 July 2015.
