Is anyone are looking for a room or 2 rooms to staying in the east side of CBD? 20 mins by metro from shuangqiao to Guomao, new apartment building....
its a 3 bedrooms apartment.

if you want to staying in the big main bedroom, the price is 2200rmb/month(22sqm).and the other main big bedroom has the prive balcony.
And the small room is available ,its about 15sqm, facing to the east, so you can see the sunrise up every morning, the rent price is 2000rmb/m.
