Heat is created in plants that produces water vapour that crosses town. To avoid the violent changes in temperature in the basement of our building we have a small (hot water/vapour) interchange system. It creates the hot water for heaters and the hot water for the taps. The Heat is created - 49% is incineration of solid household refuse . - 27% come from Bio fuels. These can be recuperated during combustion. Bio fuels are also recuperated during the fermentation of mud from cleaning the water. - The remaining are fossil energies 17% Coal and only 7% are fuel oil derivatives (fioul lourd) Household refuse/trash. We separate trash in our building. There are 3 containers. Glass, paper, and general household refuse. Payment 50% of the rent has to be sent in advance & the balance of the rent payment will be paid in full at your arrival. The reservation is definite with the down payment.
