Living in the city center (Largo da Vitória / Barra), submerged in nature, in a peaceful, small low-income neighborhood, @Vila Brandão. Enjoy amazing sunsets and direct sea access with a community pier. Snorkeling is a great experience, you might meet sea turtles before breakfast!
Our building is very simple, no apartment standard, located in front of the sea.
The flat for rent in our house has 2 bedrooms, a central living-room, kitchen, veranda and terrace. It is partly furnished. The terrace is shared with a Kitnet (one bedroom in suite).
Our furniture is improvised and recycled, we offer no standard solutions.
All cost included except GLP-gas for cooking & hotshower.
We expect you to take care of the flat's maintenance and to be kind with our cats and plants. Have in mind that you live in nature - with open spaces, birds and monkeys passing by.
Our neighborhood is very simple, partly bohemian, mostly working class… not dangerous at all.
We don't allow partys or loud music - RESPECT is our compromise
Cultural facilities, theaters, museums, music-halls and shopping possibilities just up the hill.
Our community has great little restaurants and bars, we recommend Cantinho de Jo.
