Hi,

I have fully furnished flat in Ayrancı and it is very close to Kızılay, Tunalı, American Embassy and the Turkish Parliament. I have marked the exact location of my home. You can see by clicking the link below. I will be moving at the end of June. You can move in 1st of July.

The flat is on the ground floor but it is like first floor. It has a balcony too. All of the electronic items are new and they are in good condition (Siemens refrigerator, Arçelik washing machine, cooker and dishwasher, Philips TV). Kitchen cupboards are very new and has modern design. There is also a bar table and 2 chairs in the kitchen. Other than living room, there are two other rooms. One is empty. There is only wardrobe in that room but if it is requested I can provide a single bed or sofa. Other room is bedroom which has very big wardrobe, double bed (newly bought ergonomic bed (İşbir Yatak) with a storage yard under it). You can see details in the attachment. I can provide many more photos if requested.

The montly rent includes everything. To specify; heating (gas for the cook and central heating system), electricity, water, internet, cable TV, apartment’s maintenance fee. You don’t have to deal with bills or anything. In summer, the flat is very cool. There is no need for clima or anything else. In winter because of the central heating system you won’t have any heating problem. There is also a burglar alarm system at the flat. Deposit is 1000 Euro and it is fully refundable under normal circumstances.
