LA MARTİN ART HOUSE in TAKSİM... (just 1 minute from the metro and Gezi Park). Our historic apartment has been internationally shared for 10 years, with tenants from over 40 countries. We are a creative community of like-minded people. Our community room is used for small events like music night and collective projects. We also have a big projector for movie nights.



Our five-bedroom house will has three rooms for rental. One room is still available!



You have access to all common spaces and ammenities: WIFI, kitchen and all cookware, fridge, washing machine, heater/fan, two bathrooms, and a wonderful shared common room to spend time with friends in.



We have a housekeeper who comes every week to keep all of the shared spaces clean (toilet, corridor, bathrooms, and common room).
