Hello there;
My name is Emre and I am surveying engineer. Also i am Project designer in a consulting company. I live with my two friends at the center of Kadikoy, with a boy and a girl friends of mine. Both of them are graduated and still working. They are very kindly so we are living like a family. :)
I offer a room for a male/female ERASMUS student or Turkish student/working male/ female in the center of Kadikoy.
About the room and the flat:
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 living room. The room has one bed and a table; but the whole flat are full furnished like bookcase and shell. It is on the second floor.
In the apartment we may speak Turkish and English.
About the location:
The Apartment is just only 5 minutes away from metro, ferry, bus station, metrobus, marmaray and all kind of transportation in Anatolian side. You can easily turn back to here from anywhere at any time of night. The Apartment is at the center of Kadikoy and have all needed type of markets, bazaars, bars, discos, shops, cafes and restaurants.
It is 10-minutes close to Marmara University by walk, 10 minutes to Caddebostan by bus, 10 minutes to Marmara University Goztepe Kampus by bus, 30 minutes to Taksim by ferry and 15 minutes to Uskudar and 40 minutes to Istanbul University. Also it is 35 minutes to Yeditepe University by bus, 15 minutes to Işık University, Dogus University, Okan University and Maltepe University by bus. 25 minutes to Kadir Has University and Istanbul Ticaret University by ferry, It is closed to Kabataş, Karakoy, Taksim, Uskudar, Moda and closed to all means of transport (bus, ferry, metrobus, underground)

The cost is 260 €€¬ including all of the bills ( water , electricity , gas ,wi-fi, fee for apartment) and we want the first fee cash. No deposit.
