We are moving to another country (for a an academic visit) and leaving our flat including all our furniture and white wares (refrigerator, dish washer, washing machine, microwave...etc.), kitchenware, cover sets, towels, plants and even our cat if you want and love cats. We have one big living room (40 m2), a kitchen, one master bedroom (30m2) with a double bed and a cloakroom, one kid's room (two beds one for 0-3 years old and one for an adult), one extra room (with a a working table), a bathroom and two balconies (please see the photos). The flat is 100m2 in total.

The apartment has a car park, security and a free view. It is closed to forest (has fresh air), Bosphorus(15 minutes drive to Istinye) subway station (ten minutes walk to Seyrantepe Station), NATO, Istanbul Technical University, Istinye Park, Isik University, ENKA Schools, horse club, shopping malls and theaters. Two min. walk to a Supermarket, taxi and bus stations.

We also have unlimited WiFi internet, hot water 24 hours, a janitor and very kind, modern neighbors.

Heating is not included to rent (winter season app.100 pound)
