We are international - Turkish couple Olesya and Bach.
We live in a villa with a small garden in Taraba - the ecologically clean area of Istanbul.
Renting the third floor of the villa , which features :
* Two rooms - living room and bedroom with the necessary furnishings
* Own bathroom with shower
* Two balconies
* In the living room is equipped with a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, small table , dishes) .

The first floor of the villa is shared with us.
We are very friendly , sociable , honestly, honestly ! And yet we have the sweetest dog beagle .
So, on the first ( public ))) floor are
* Large living room with TV , DVD and music system ,
* Large kitchen with everything you need , even a dishwasher (!)
* Covered loggia with garden furniture and barbecue ( yum-yum )
The house is in a very favorable position for lovers of ecological recreation , beaches , fishing.
Also very suitable for those wishing to see Istanbul, not all of the Sultanahmet district , but through the eyes of local residents.
Near the house is
* Belgrade Forest - the largest forest in the city;
* The Bosphorus Strait in the 10-minute walk , where you can cast a line or dip when it's hot ;
* Settlement Kilyos , located on the Black Sea , where you can lie on the equipped and unequipped beaches with fine sand , swim in the shallow Black Sea
 * Metro Haciosman ( Hadzhiosman ) - terminus branches extending to such important urban areas like Taksim, Levent, Gayrettepe, Şişli, Osmanbey, Yenikapı. Before the subway also 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by shuttle / bus.
