“Colonİst-anbul Flat 1” is located 2-3 minutes to the middle of İstiklal Street by walk.
The flat is on the greatest area, just in the heart of Beyoğlu. You can go everywhere around Beyoğlu like Taksim Square or just the opposite sideTunnel-Galata in 10 minutes. Because you will be exactly in the center.

You can reach all Historical places like Hagia Sophia (Ayasofya), Blue Mosque, Galata Tower, Big Bazaar v.b. and all central places like Sultanahmet, Eminonu, Karakoy, Mecidiyekoy, Sisli, Besiktas v.b. very quickly. I mean, you can go wherever you want, very easily and in a short time.

It’s located in a very hip and touristic neighbourhood. All cafes, restaurants, bars, public transportation are just on the corner 2 minutes from my flat.

The flat is in a small old historical Greek building.. And the building really seems still old. But when you enter to my flat, It is recently renovated and decorated very modern all inside it as you see from the photos.

The “Colonİst-anbul Flat 1” is totally sunny and it has one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room and a big balcony with a historical church and old city view. Flat is fully furnished.

In the “Colon-İst-anbul Flat 1” you will find everything needed for a comfortable stay.
You have a bedroom with a double bed with fresh clean linens for all guests, a cupboard with an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer.
A living room with a sofabed that opens to a high quality, comfy twin size bed and a sattelite lcd tv.
A modern open kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, ketle, electricity cooker, and all rich kitchen equipment.
A modern bathroom with 24 hour hot water, washing machine and towels for all the guests.
Also there is electric combi heater, highspeed internet connection and a big beautiful balcony with a good view.

Shortly I mean, you have everything that you can need in the flat.. So you will not have any trouble about stuff...Just bring your luggage.

Upon your arrival i will meet you in a central location to show you the apartment and give you the keys.
I will also show you around the neighborhood for orientation and tips.
I will be helping you with the check in and during all your stay. I will be available on my mobile and e-mail.

The “Colon-İst-anbul Flat 1” is named so after i have created a special place that you can live there with the people who you like and as you are living in your place like a colony in İstanbul.
So, it reflects the amount of thought and consideration i put in the place out of concern to the comfort of my guests. As a frequent traveler i know you come to have a vacation that you are spending hard earn money on - my job is to make sure you get the most of it in the most comfortable way, so i make sure to be available to my guests needs :))

- Special requests can be arranged, if you want a bottle of bubbly to wait on ice, or flowers to surprise the lady. You can always ask me to arrange something before your check in or during your stay. I will not charge for the service just for what material is needed (the wine cost ext.).
