"Pla del Castell I" is a house built on the ruins of the castle of the town named Albarca, at 820 meters above sea level. a beautiful town known as the smallest in Catalonia, Spain. The house has all the necessary commodities to spend a nice weekend in touch with nature. It has a maximum capacity for 12 persons, 4bedrooms, 2 bathooms, terrace -solarium, yard with BBQ with furniture, also a private area with a view of the mountains. There is also a second house, "Pla del Castell II", with capacity for 6 persons. 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, yard with furniture and also a beatiful view of the mountains. They can be hired together or separately for a maximum of 18 persons.
We are in the area called Priorat, famous for it´s excelent wines
The cellars of the area offer wine tastes and guided tours.
We are in the middle of theNatural Park of El Montsant. From here there are many excursions that part from the town and you can do easy trekking, horse ride, adventure excursions with 4x4, parapent, and other adventure sports, also bathe in the river, canoes and visit the Monastries of Poblet and Escaladei. We are close to the beaches of Salou and Cambrils and also from Port Aventura, Reus and Tarragona.
